Our office will assist patients with information regarding obtaining insurance or assistance. Families can speak with any front office or billing staff members for a handout with websites to apply for insurance.
We provide website information for Medicaid, Healthy Start, Childrens Medical Service and Government subsidized health insurance.
Medicaid provides medical coverage to low-income individuals and families. The state and federal government share the cost of the Medicaid program. Medicaid services in Florida are administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration. http://www.myflorida.com/accessflorida/

Children's Medical Services Managed Care Plan Florida’s Children’s Medical Services Managed Care Plan (CMS Plan) provides children with special health care needs a family-centered, comprehensive, and coordinated system of care. The CMS Plan is designed to serve children under age 21 whose serious or chronic physical or developmental conditions require extensive preventive and ongoing care. Insurances and Balances
Our office accepts most major insurances and will file them as a courtesy.
If there is a problem with a claim we will attempt to resolve the issue but please remember this is your insurance and you are responsible for your insurance. We are here to help but if your insurance processed the claim incorrectly and if we cannot resolve it for you we will ask that you contact your insurance . Our billers will be happy to participate in resolving any claims issues.
Copays are due at the time of your visit. Any balances after insurance are due upon receipt of statement. We provide a self-pay discount for uninsured patients. Any balances over 30 days will accrue interest and late fees.
For special circumstances our office will work with you on large balances to allow additional time for payment. Please speak to our billing department if you have any questions.
